To anyone thinking about a coffee fundraiser with FundraisingTogether: This is the second year we sold coffee for our High School Hockey fundraiser, and it was even better than the first! So many of the people who bought the coffee last year raved about how delicious it was and were so happy we were selling it again this year. Quite a number of people bought extra bags to give as holiday gifts! It's clear we've started a fundraising tradition that will make each year easier and more profitable. Jeff, the wonderful representative from Fundraising Together, couldn't do enough to guarantee that the whole process went smoothly. He was professional, very efficient, honest and so kind. From designing the private labels for our "Lions Victory Blend" coffee, to answering ALL my hundreds of questions, to following-up on orders---Jeff made it the simpliest, most profitable fundraiser we ever had. We are thrilled about this coffee fundraiser because it raised so much money for our team. Trust me, this is the only fundraiser you will have to have all year. GREAT IDEA! Thank you so much.

As an organization with youth spread through out the mid-west region, we needed a fundraiser that would allow our youth members to participate on any level. I was looking for a fundraiser that would provide an excellent profit margin, as well as a safe selling environment that did not involve door to door transactions. We ordered our first case of "Pinto Blend" coffee in May, 2010. I must admit, the initial order along with label designing, was flawless. The coffee arrived on my door as predicted. We sold our first case at our first event in May and have since ordered more. My name is Debbie Green and I received an email about an opportunity for a fundraising idea for our Relay For Life of Sun Prairie WI event that is coming up in August. I read the email and shared it with my co-captain as I have a team with her and I am the online chairperson for Relay For Life. After doing this for 6 years now, we have tried several different fundraising efforts and many have been very successful. But this one was something new and as a very picky coffee drinker, I was skeptical for myself, but thought it was a very good idea – a LOT of people drink coffee and I have found most are willing to help out for any cause especially if there is something in it for them. So I wrote back to Jeff, got all of the information, checked out their website and pricing and my co-captain and I agreed first to try this out for our team. I placed my order over the phone and especially since it was an early order for Relay’s in general, received my first box within just 3 or 4 days. Well, the first thing I did was notice the aroma coming from the box – while it was still sealed shut! I opened the box and noticed one of those little round things on the back of the bag that if you squeeze it, you can really smell the coffee. I thought I was at a good coffee shop! The next thing I looked at was the front of the bag – the label that was made for Relay’s fundraising was perfect – one cup closer to a cure! After finally getting a chance to make a pot, I noticed the grind was perfect for really any coffee pot type. My kitchen smelled really good too. But, being a very picky coffee person, I wasn’t convinced yet – I still had to taste it. It smelled fresh, robust and tempting but the taste is very important too. I am now on my second pot today which I never do! It has a very deep, rich coffee taste, it is as smooth as it smells and there is no bitter taste. Perfect, I can sell this with confidence that it is a great product and not just a “gimmick” to raise money.
